Resolved Question: Did Ringo Starr have a cocaine problem?

I read somewhere that in the late 70s and 80s, Ringo Starr had a problem with cocaine. I was surprised because that was the first I had heard of it and I've read a lot on all of The Beatles. I had heard that he had a bit of a problem with the booze but never cocaine. Is there any truth to what I read? @George Harrison is mine Yeah, I have no doubt in my mind that they all did drugs all the time, I just didn't know if I could believe what I read about Ringo...
